The new premise.
Modoetia Carta is located in the building that belonged to Jesuits long ago, just in front of the hospital in via Carlo Prina no 26. Modoetia Carta has been able to recover the original architecture of the right wing on ground floor, and its windows can be clearly viewed by passer-bys.
Prints of every age embellished by ancient and modern frames are hung to walls, while a number of miscellaneous prints are available in holders. Spines of ancient books and manuscripts, deriving from human skill and talent, are stored on ancient shelves for lovers. Holders are stuffed with arts objects.
Leaflets, parchments and documents, besides a wide collection of postcards, complete a careful collection made with perseverance during the years by Folco Paraboschi, who is the last heir of a dynasty devoted to graphic arts. In fact, first action started in 1700 by Corbetta printing activity, that became later the Cigognini antiquarian bookshop, at present known as Modoetia Carta.

This shop is also licensed to sell the books and the ancient printed pictures of the
"Eredi Stamperia Corbetta" legacy.
